As a Dancer:

I’m a versatile dancer with BFA in Dance Performance. I have a strong background in classical and contemporary ballet as well as modern dance. My modern background primarily consists of Simonson technique, modern release, and Cunningham technique.

I have performed with Sensedance Contemporary Ballet, Kelly/McCarthy - Dance/Music, Laurie DeVito & Dancers, Apollonia & Dancers, Jillian Pena and Mark Dendy.

Also, separate project work performed by José Limón, Alvin Ailey, Paige Cunningham, Neta Pulvermacher, Shapiro & Smith, and Kraig Patterson.

As a Yoga Instructor:

As a registered Yoga Alliance Instructor, having trained traditionally in India as well as an admit practitioner of 10 years myself, I excited and proud to share my knowledge of the body and passion for the teachings of yoga with others.

I have taught in Verona, Italy, Dubai, UAE, and in New York City. My traditional training with Maa Shakti Yog has opened up many doors for my future, which I am incredibly thankful for. The styles of yoga I teach are Hatha & Vinyasa yoga, gentle yoga, alignment oriented yoga, as well as pranayama techniques. I also teach Italian Yoga Classes.

As a Person:

Along with my passion for both dance & yoga, I am also a natural adventurer with a love for all things related to travel, sport, culinary, languages, coffee, and music! I bring a creative, imaginative, and fresh perspective to all of my endeavors and can never have enough new experiences in my life!
